Fleta has some bird flocking to her gravel pile.
The weather man says it will get close to 100 degrees here Sunday.
Helen said if she could have daddy at her house she would cook him all the things he liked to eat, not me I would see if we could have a debate about something.I loved to argue with daddy.
I saw on the net some schools are thinking about 4 day week to save energy. Betty will like that.
It is 6 O'clock AND THE ROOSTER IS CROWING.
I saw that the Governor of Californian had threatened to pay state workers minimum wage because the government couldn't reach a comprise on the budget. Maybe he should turn his salary back to his state to help out.
minimum wage was raised yesterday but I am so far removed from the work force I don't know what the wage was or is now.

I would like that 4 day week. IT would save gas in those big buses.
If Daddy were here, I'd go up home and Momma would do all the cooking and cleaning up. I'd jsut sit around and visit. She'd ask if I had any clothes that needed washing and she would dry them and fold them up.
If I ever get to move to my meadow...I will have some guineas.
I did a 4 day work week when I worked for the government here. You were so tired by the time Friday came all you wanted to do was lay around and rest up. Our salaries were low enough without going back to minimum wage. The poor employees always got punished for what the legislature did not do when they met!
