I got nine eggs today and I think one of my red pullets laid a egg. It was as big as my biggest banty egg and had a show of blood on it. It was brown and I think it was the long a waited pullet egg. I will know in a few days because the eggs will get very large soon. The pullets were 17 weeks old Monday.

You will probably have more eggs than you know what to do with soon. I remember years ago when I was a child we used to have duck eggs and they were huge!
Sell them and make some extra cash. You can undercut the market with your very fresh eggs.

I have not gotten any from my 6 hens yet. I am anxious.
