My insurance pays for one visit a week from home health and they bring me supplies for my abcess, which is a great gift to me because tape and bandage products are very costly.
I have this one nurse and I love her to pieces, she is a registered Rn , a very kind woman. The funny thing is she asks me for medical advise!
Today she came by and ask me if it was normal for a 43 year old woman to spot and have extra periods. Could be it be change of life she ask?
I sent her on her way to get a pap smear test right now! I told her perhaps nothing is wrong but it is better to know than to just let it go. I said think of the piece of mind you will get from knowing you don't have cancer. She told me they don't have health insurance because they can't afford the price and they don't provide insurance thro' the company she works for . This job is part of Saint Johns Hospital here. I think ST. Johns probably has at least 5000 nurses in the net work. This should be against the law!
I told her to go vote for OBAMA and maybe he would see that the hospital would do what they should do for her and her fellow workers.

That is such a shame that she doesn't have health insurance and she spends her life taking care of other people who do have it. Yes, she needs to vote for Obama. Patsy, your chickens might start staying up all night and sleeping all day if you put a light in their chicken house. Just kidding!
I am so glad to have a free health service and able to get check ups etc when we need them. And free visits to see a doctor in the village
That's what we need in America. It is a crying shame the only people who have real health insurance is those of us on Medicare and that goes up every year. The premium for our supplement goes up every year too.
Well, that does nto surprise me. Erin does not have very good insurance and she works for a hospital.
yes, when Melissa's company got bought out by Atna I told her at least she would have good insurance...Oh how wrong....It is very bad insurance....
