I had another dead chick this morning, I saw one or two more that looked droppy. that means I have 44 remaining.
They will be 3 weeks old monday. It is cool and damp and they are crowding up ever night and the weak get trampled. maybe the chicks i lost were roosters.it is best to look on the positive side. I have a hen that is going to hatch Saturday so will recoup my loses.
