Cochin

 
I had noticed that the hatcheries all said the Cochins made good mothers setting on other chickens egg. That is what we call double talk. They didn't say hay, the Cochin eggs wont be fertile!
This chick is only 2 months old and look at the feathers . You know by the time she is 7 months she will be a feather ball. The rooster will be the same so I am going to do some fancy barbering.
My brother has had training in artificial breeding of turkeys so if all else fails I can get him to do the deed. Also I found that they can't be allowed to go out in wet weather because they have so many feather on their feet that they get large balls of mud on the feet.
