Mel Gibson

I have been trying not to comment on Mr. Gibsons DUI and his big mouth but here goes. Question, Is Mel Gibson Anti Semitic answer?, probably.
Was Mel Gibson Drunk? Probably.
Does Mel Gibson own Malibu? Maybe , he made a lot of money on that movie THE PASSION OF THE CHRIST so he may have bought Malibu.
Mr Gibson Made this Money from the the members of the churches of this country showing the movie.
Did Mr. Gibson get my money to see this movie, answer NO!
my daughter went to see it and told me I ought to see it," Its really good". I said no I don't have to see the movie I read the book.

Deputy James Mee recorded the incidents as they occurred. In the report, Gibson became agitated after he was stopped on Pacific Coast Highway and told he was to be detained for drunk driving Friday morning in Malibu.

Gibson began swearing uncontrollably. Gibson repeatedly said, "My life is f****d."
Mee worried that Gibson might become violent, told the actor that he was supposed to cuff him but would not, as long as Gibson cooperated. As the two stood next to the hood of the patrol car, the deputy asked Gibson to get inside.

Deputy Mee then walked over to the passenger door and opened it. The report says Gibson then said, "I'm not going to get in your car," and bolted to his car. The deputy subdued Gibson, cuffed him and put him inside the patrol car.

Once inside the car Gibson began banging himself against the seat. The report says Gibson told the deputy, "You mother f****r. I'm going to f*** you." The report also says "Gibson almost continually [sic] threatened me saying he 'owns Malibu' and will spend all of his money to 'get even' with me."

The report says Gibson then launched into a barrage of anti-Semitic statements: "F*****g Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world." Gibson then asked the deputy, "Are you a Jew?"

God loves the Jews.

I did not pay to see the movie, either, but I do not pay to see any movies...

According to what I've read Mel Gibson has had a drinking problem for years. Tina and I discussed this deal about him a couple days ago. I'm wondering if the movie was just a challenge to him to see if he could do it. Tina says, no matter what his reasons were, a lot of people who saw the movie accepted Christ. Maybe if he hadn't been drinking he wouldn't have said those things.

Who really cares! We as Americans have made some of the lowest moral people unbelievably rich because of our need to be entertained. Actors, sports figures, and artists of all kinds are the way they are because we patronize their way of life!

Mel Gibson did not get this way overnight he may have always been this way or he may have became this way once he became so rich and famous. Either way we have bought into this way of life and helped him to become what he is today…. If you have ever paid to see a movie, bought a rag magazine, paid to see a national sporting event, or even pay for cable TV, you have helped promote (him and others) either a low moral person in the beginning or helped him to become one….

So why cry about this now? Were you really shocked over this? Personally, since the Nixon administration I have never been shocked over anything a celebrity or a politician has been accused of or anything they have done!

Someone commented on our blogs the other day about the wonderful Rev. Billy Graham have we forgotten his talks with Nixon and his Anti Semitic remarks? Oh yes, but when Billy was questioned in recent years about his remarks he could not remember? …..But good ole Nixon recorded everything and there it was..... Of course to Bills credit, he is 80 or so and these remarks probably were not too important to him anyway…. I imagine Billy Graham will go down in history as one of this Nations Finest Spiritual Leaders….After all he was never alone with any woman except his wife and surely not ever a Jewish woman….. There’s my 10 cents Pat….

Oh one more thing about MEl, Dont you find it weird that while you are getting arrested, out of all the things I would be yacking about, I think the Jews would be the last thing on my mind unless I was calling on Jesus!? That would be like me yacking becuase I broke a nail & then blame it on the Jews. Doesn't it seem out of context from the situation what he said. Yes I like Mel but really, think about it. I dont have a lot of confidence in the police nor the news. Would the news rather report good things or would they rather slam somebody? It just seems weird. I would like to know the rest of the story...Patsy & Helen please dont slam me!! LOL!!

Tina, why would he have offered an apology if he didn't say it? Someone has said in atonement for him to have a public circumcision.

For those of you that don't know the rest of the story, Billy G. was caught on the Nixon tapes and some of them were only released in the last few years. His comments were not nice. So now he is trying to stay away from the Presidents, is the way I took it. Just like he is staying away from tempation of other women.

Grandpa Powell told my father that he thought he would understand sin better if he were tempted more. Grandpa Dad said never smoked. Never wanted to. Never drank. Never want to. Now, I do not know about Grandpa's sexual tempations, as Daddy did not cover this subject. My father was a great man. He said he was a vile one, and his father was a great man.
I say they were both better than I am.

To save his hide I guess, what else could he do. Now I am going to become obsessed with Nixon & all. I want to hear them tapes! Why you reckon that nut taped all of that? SS3, what a humble person you are. It is good that you remember such important conversations. Wish I had the experience of being around my grandparents more.
