Morel, very good, I have hunted this mushroom and they are especially good if you soak them in salt water for a few hours and then roll in flour and fry. This time of year I always think about walking the woods in search of mushrooms.

Hey, I have some growing right on my front lawn...you can come and get them! lol It's the first year we ever see mushrooms growing there!
