I have tried everything to get on Beta blog and still can't but I have been getting comments from people I don't know and They all say they come from Dr. John's site. I did a blog search and found him and it seems he has my site as pick of the day and offering some sort of prize if they visit my site today.
I really needed a boast because I am real discouraged about this blogger beta thing. I opened a new account, which goggle said I could do so I would have a beta site so I could comment and guess what ever time I try to go on that site it says my pass word is wrong. This beta thing is a total mess as far as I can see but I want to thank Dr. John for making my life and times the pick of the day because I needed some encouragement. I HAVE DECIDED I WOULD RATHER FIGHT THAN SWITCH and if they move things around and stop me from posting which I think they will do I will stop blogging. I lived a long time with out blogger and I can again.

Just stopping by from Dr John. Sorry to hear you are having problems with trying to sign up with the New Beta Blogger. I have the new Beta Blogger and for awhile I couldn't leave comments on non-beta blogs.
Getting help from Blogger is almost impossible. I sometimes think about switching but then realize we don't have to pay for having a blog so I guess we kind have to put up with the bugs. At least you are still able to use your own version of Blogger.
I like your blog and have you book marked and will come back for another visit.

I tried signing up for beta, but it says one or more of blogs won't transfer, so I stay. Good luck.
Patsy, I've been debating about when to make the switch. I thought I'd wait until they got most of the kinks worked out, but it looks like there are still plenty of problems. I hope you get yours all worked out so you can give me pointers when I decide to take the plunge to beta.
Patsy, the advice in your comment on my blog made me think I'd better switch PDQ. Now I'm testing to see if I can still comment on other people's blogs.
that is the thing about Dr. John, he chooses wonderful blogs, like yours, who if the word was out about them, they be invaded with comments. so that is why he choose you, to show you how great a place this is to visit. to encourage you to keep at it. it will all work out. eventually and with alot of patience from all of us it seems, but it will work out.
beta blogger has created much headaches for many, too often. but the other choice is to let our voices die out and that is not good, for you and many, have wonderful things to share and teach. so pls hang on, ride this awful wave so that we can all share in what you have to offer.

Patsy - for several weeks now the only way I can log onto my own blog is by posting a comment on it! You can still post to other blogs by choosing the 'Other' option which is what I've had to do. Don't stop blogging! I really enjoy your Arkansas posts. Carmon
Patsy!!! Don't you ever stop blogging, I forbid it!! hehe Do I sound really authorative??? I can understand your frustration because I feel the same way too. I've tried switching to Beta and it says my blog cannot be switched at this time...then it won't let me comment on Beta blogs....aaarrrggghhhhh!
