The chicks are doing great, the best sign for the chicks is that they are not peeping. If you raise chicks under a light and they are cheeping and making a lot of noise you must remember that something is not right in their world.
This is usually that they are cold, not enough heat. The babies i got from the hatchery last year screamed their heads off. I am sure now what I needed was a hood cover on my light but at the time I didn't know what was wrong. live and learn.
