Yesterday I had another hen hatch. She brought forth 9 babies. i put her in the pen with the other mamas and I took the white pekin out. Her babies were having problems yesterday all bunched together and acting scared. If they are not out moving around today I will get in and move them to the other pen.
The black speckled hen is the best mother and I thought she would take them ,maybe she did last night.

I guess we have the same thoughts. I saw a wild rose and thought of taking a picture of it...I didn't do it but you did.
I wonder if that is a Rosa Arkansana, a species of wild rose native to North America?
