I could not count my chickens cause they keep moving so I got them all in one place and took a photo then counted. I have 36 hens and 12 roosters.

I have 3 roosters and about 30 to 36 hens...but i am yearning for more rhode island red hens. i saw atwoods had banties for 2.09 each. could i tell a hen from a rooster at a few days old?

These cameras sure come in handy. I use mine to "make copies" of documents and other things I need records of - it's easier than scanning and saving sometimes.
someday i'm going to have some land. maybe i can steal some of mom's chicks. i'll have to get over my 'fear' of birds.
