Sausage cake

Sausage Cake



To be baked at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a Bundt pan, lightly greased and floured



1 pound sausage (room temperature)

1 ½ cups brown sugar

1 ½ cups sugar

2 eggs

3 cups flour

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup strong black coffee

1 cup raisins

½ cup nuts



Mix sausage, sugars and egg together very well.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to sausage mixture alternately with black coffee. Mix well. Add nuts and raisins. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Note: if not done in 1 hour, decrease tempertarue to 275 degrees and check often
