I have decided I will set the black hen on eggs. She would hatch around christmas if she is succesful. It is warm today but they say we will have cold weather for thankgiving.

Good luck with the hatching plan.
Sometimes I think we humans like chickens and other creatures )dogs, cats, etc) because we recognize so much of ourselves in them. After all, what is a mammal but an animal?
