I woke at 3:30 this morning and I turned on the computer to go on the net and the computer that I dial up said I had the wrong password or ID no.

I called the company and then the fun started. First call change your pass word to
blanky blank. Since I am dial up I have to hang up to see if this works. DOES NOT WORK, call again this time they have me delete the short cut go into the control panel and delete it there. This makes me very nervous because I don't know what I am doing but I did what the Representative said and then hung up and tried again. Doesn't work, call again this time they put me on hold for 25 minutes, I got another person and they checked my billing to see if I was current other words did I owe them money . NO I didn't owe anything so we did another monkey dance and she said she doesn't know why I can't dial up. I ask her could it be the local computer at Berryville? well, maybe she said. They never admit it is their fault. I told her I would wait a few hours and if I couldn't get on then I would call back . she said OK.
In 5 minutes I dialed up and got on the net. Hurrah!
Since I was up so early I probably saved a lot of people trouble since if I had this problem everyone else would also when they got up early to go to work and wanted to get on the net.
If sister 1 tried to dial up this morning and had success it was because I had ironed out the problem with the company.
So if you can't get on the net maybe it would be a good idea to pray instead of calling the company.
