Get off that nest. I want to lay a egg. You are not suppose to hatch chicks this time of year. It cold for gosh sakes!

Maybe it is warmer than usual and they are confused. They need therapy.
You must be giving these chickens are real sense of security. They think they can raise chicks even in the wintertime.
