My sister is getting more eggs than I am and I am Jealous. I have decided that I will order some leghorn pullets this spring and put her in the shade.
The leghorn chicken lays bigger eggs and lays every day. Just wait Betty my time is coming.
I can cross breed them into my flock and get some good blood for chicken hatches. They are suppose to start laying at 4 or 5 months so I may put brother to hatching eggs in the fall.

Pat, pick them out and tell me the cost. I will send you a check made out to the hatchery...I would nto mind having a few white leghorns. I think we can order just hens. Check with out...wouldn't a few white ones blended in look good?
