The debate???

Clinton said Obama was wrong on health care.

Responding quickly, Obama countered that former first lady had consistently claimed his plan "would leave 15 million people out ... I dispute that. I think it is inaccurate," he said.
Senator Obama has consistently said I would force people to have health care whether they can afford it or not," said Clinton, insisting it was not true.
They went back and forth slinging mud and not saying any thing worth while.
I have swore off the presidental race, I think Hillary's sun is sinking and if I am right we will go with Obama and see if George Bush was right yesterday when he said there would be another copy of him in the white house next year.
They disputed over NAFTA and couldn't decide if it was good or bad. I can tell you NAFTA is the worst thing that has been done to the american worker. It has caused the labor to work for less than a living wage and that was Bill Clintons bright idea.
Clinton wanted to know if Obama needed a pillow? refering to a comment made that the debate always looked to protect Obama. She also said they always ask her the first question, since when does a woman not want the chance to talk.
I am just full of the whole mess. The workers in this country can not afford health care, they can not afford food for their table. They can not afford gas in their cars to get to a job if they have one. We can not afford fuel to heat our homes. We can not afford another republican in the white house.

The people you speak of that can not afford the things that you mentioned. When will those people or anyone for that matter be held responsible for their own actions and the decisions they made or did not make in their lives? You seem to think its all the luck of the draw. On top of all that you seem to think its all right for the government to take money from taxpayers pockets to bale these people out. It is not the governments responsibility to give these people what they need, it is each individuals responsibilty to make the right decisions and choices so that they may live comfortable lives. Of course there are always exceptions to the rule but to have the government hand it to them on a silver platter and make all their desisions for them amounts to nothing more than socialism and that is the last thing we need in this country. It did not work for Hitler or Stalin and it does not work for China or Cuba. I for one take complete responsibilty for any and all choices I have made through my lifetime be it good or bad. I do not go through life blaming anyone or anything for where I am at today. Frankly, I find it offensive for anyone to think they have a right to anything except for the rights laid out in the constitution of the United States of America.

Freedom actually believes what "Rush" says, I fee sorry for him. I can't believe he judges your walk in life, he has no idea what you have done with your life and he certainly has always had paid for Health Insurance.
I will vote against McCain, but I will not work for Obama like I have for Hillary.
I am very sad about the whole thing and truly I am fed up with all of them.

It's probably too late now but Hillary should have paid closer attention to you.

Maureen Dowd in the NY Times said it was ironic that Hillary has run her campaign like a man (power and argumentation) when the people are today more interested in someone like Obama who uses feminine strategies (collaboration and negotiation).

Annie hit the nail on the head. Hillary ran on substance...Obama is running 'we need change'. I am afraid we will have a copy of Geo. Bush. Woe is me said the poor man..woe is me.

The last time I was really excited over a presidental race was 1968. My hopes were dashed that year and I am tired of looking at the candidates this year.

Freedom, I believe most people do the best they can and I do believe that people need to help each other. Some of us have families that are able to give us a helping hand when times get rough and there is not enough money to feed our families others do not have anyone. Our Government does have an obligation to help those people. We as 'Little People' do not really have a say in what our government does....If I did we certainly would not be in the middle of a war.....We all owe those Families that have family members that have been killed or maimed in this avoidable and unnecessary war. I hold George Bush directly responsible for their loss!....These 18 year old kids that signed up to serve their country one weekend a month and are now dead did not get what they bargained for...Our Government also has an obligation to help that mother who is unable to feed her children because she is unable to get a job paying more than minimum wage which on one can live on….just think if 2 married working people , with no children can not live making minimum wage working 40 hours each a week, then minimum wage is obviously too low…our Government is responsible for that…Supposabley we are the one of the richest countries in the world and we have people that are starving, have no health care, and are uneducated……Obviously you have had a better life than many people. God has blessed you and we are glad for you but you have chosen the wrong blog to preach on....The old woman that has this blog has had a very hard life. She had a life that you could probably not even imagine, and she is a Bitch and so are most of her Sisters....Our Government owes us and they owe us all!
