not much

Its 6:15 and 36 degrees. Windy, the house is always cold when the wind blows. We still have some snow. I will be glad when it is gone. It makes life so hard for me and the chickens.
My neighbor’s cats come running when I open the door. They are hopeful of a hand out.
My neighbor 79 years old came and cleaned me a path to the chicken house and to Janet's car. I can see the ground there and all the dog tracks have melted and the ground is showing there also.
One of the cats has his foot missing. I ask my neighbor and she said it happen in November. It still had fresh blood on the foot. I believe someone has been setting steel traps. Such a shame.

Oh, so dreary...we had a pretty day yesterday and I am hoping for another one today. I am feeling pretty perky for yesterday I just stayed home from work and rested.

I need a steal trap...for the hawks...no, it is against the law to kill a red tail hawk. They are vicious hunters. Glad my pen has a top on it.
