Our weather has been extremely cold this year. Snow and Ice has abound. My daughter and I went for a drive yesterday afternoon and I don't remember so may bushes and trees blooming all at the same time. Ever where I looked I saw forsythia and Bradford Pear blooms along side red blooming bushes the name escapes my feeble brain this morning but the sight had beauty beyond anything I have seen in years.

On my trip up hiway 7 yesterday...nothing is blooming much..I did see the forsythias in some folks yards. I bet in a week a lot more will be blooming. Going to be a cool Easter sunday.
Happy Easter Patsy! Soon we will have my favorite the dogwoods. Beautiful blooms you posted! Maybe the red trees are red buds?
