Memory loss

Dot in Georgia posted this photo of a iron fence and on the fence was this piece of farming equipment. I knew what it was, it was a piece of equipment used to hook a plow to a double tree on which a single tree was hooked so horses or oxen could pull a wagon or plow but I could not remember the name for this little piece of rusty iron. I knew who would know and after 2 days I broke down and called my brother Richard and ask him for the name. The answer comes loud and clear it's a CLAVIS! right, now I remember.
