my purple comos haven't had many blooms this year but the last couple of days they have real gone to work, winter is coming and they are trying to put out seeds for next season.
eleven eggs today and four more brown eggs. I should find six brown eggs in the house any day.

Got 5 eggs and no brown. those hens of yours are a month ahead of mine.
