For sister betty

When a pullet has been laying for 2 months she begins too lay larger eggs. I have one pullet that has been laying about 2 months and this was what I found in the nest today.
The white egg is one of my bantam egg and the smaller brown egg is one of the red sexlink egg from a pullet laying for less time.

I called and they said I could not get any of those hens until Feb.

Mine are just laying on the ground...Larry built me some new nests that are bigger. We are going to put them on the wall but not so high. He is going to make me a chicken yard, too. But if I order those in Feb. they will not lay until late summer.

I am really tired from working. But am still here.
