Caroline Kennedy is traveling in New York state campaigning for the senate seat vacated by Clinton. I have been watching her and I don't think she will be able to do what she must to win a election. She probably will get the appointment but when she runs in 2010 she will have trouble winning.
Michelle Duggar has given birth to her 18th child. The Dugger's are trying to populate the state of Arkansas all by themselves.
The temperature is 57 degrees here at 6:30 with gusting winds. We have rain showers off and on during the night.

A 12 year old girl African American was sent by her mother out side the house to throw a electric breaker at 8 o'clock at night. A blue van stopped and 3 men got out then they grabbed her and said you are a prostitute and you are coming with us.
The girl resisted and started calling for her father, He came out and fought with the 3 men. They beat the girl and the father. seem they were at the wrong house.
The child went into the hospital and had bruises and black eyes.
A week later the Galveston police came to her school and arrested her for hitting a public servant. A statement by the city said you can't hit a cop and not pay the price.
I for one don't think this was correct behavior on the part of the law even if the girl had been a prostitute! The family is suing the city Of Galveston.
