My hens are laying 9 eggs each day which is enough for our use and some left for others. 23 degrees this morning at 6:30 no wind.
I let pugsy out because he was awake and stiring around but he wasn't long in letting me know he wanted back inside.
All of my hens have decided to give up setting for a time. GOOD!
The white pekin bantam isn't worth a lot for laying but they make the flock look pretty in this photo.

Hi Patsy, We are presently 27 degrees here and about 1/2 inch of snow. Wish you were closer. I would make lots of goodies with some of your eggs for you and me!
