The neighbors white cat with a foot missing has kittens, she had 3 and one is gone, I suspect the German Shepard/wolf dog they have tied on their porch killed it. She is bringing them over here for food. Pugsy wont hurt the kittens and I suppose she know that.
I throw them a hand full of dog feed because I feel sorry for the 3 footed white cat.
