my daughter said she had heard Michele Obama was pregnant. She didn't say where she heard this and it is possible she dreamed it but I got to thinking had any wife of a president had a child while her husband was in office? I did a google search and came up empty but JFK wife Jackie had a child before he took office, Patricia who died.
It would be a first if Michele was to deliver a child while Barack was in office.
