I will get 250 dollars from Social security from the stimulus bill in May according to what I just read on the net. They said we would get a notice this month giving us the good news.
not all the news is good brothers George and Clayton are out in the cold unless Clayton was drawing SS in January and I don't think he was.
So Social Security recipients should receive a notice in April and the actual $250 payment in May. You must have been eligible to receive benefits for November and December 2008 or January 2009. In other words if you became eligible after January 2009 to receive SS benefits, you will not receive the payment. The funds will be delivered the same way you currently receive benefits (direct deposit or paper check).

I am ready for mine! I think you have Linda and I interested in chickens, Patsy. Don't think I want any in diapers though. I had them when I lived on the farm and loved the rooster crowing in the mornings and there is nothing like a fresh egg for breakfast.
