I have heard over the years that some think that factory workers such as Tyson workers were of low intelligent and had little education. I always felt this was unfair and untrue but I may have to revisit my opinion of Tyson workers.
The company has always gave the employees a Christmas gift and for the last few years this gift has been $25 gift coupon that can be spent in the company store or in any store for Tyson products and now that has been reduced to $10 dollars. I would agree that this is a poor Christmas gift but that is not my subject.
My daughter works in the break room and some of the workers threw their coupon in the floor in disgust I suppose to show their displeasure in the gift to my way of thinking that is like throwing away a $10 dollar bill. My daughter rescued the coupons, I raised my children to know what a $10 bill was!

Cliff has never received a big holiday gift where he works, but it's such a good job year around, I don't mind.
Well Mike got something this year...not for Christmas but he took and passed the Yale and Clark top machenic classes at home ...he got paid his hourly rate for 33 hours...he got 1300 tool allowance abd 250 gift card to applebees... he had all ready taken the classes and passed all of them then they came up with these incentives....he was the 1st mechanic in AZ to be certified as a master mechanic in both lines....
Good for Janet...I guess she got more than her usual 25 bucks from Tyson this year.....if you had still been working there and you had seen what some were doing you would have lead the revolt and then picked them all up when the workers were gone.... how could anyone be so stupid...cutting off your nose to spite your face
You know if Janet picked up 10 of those...that's 100 dollars worth of chicken she could buy in the story.
We got a little gift this year in Nov. for Christmas. I would rather have the money on my contract...but I certainly did not give it back.
