rain drops

But there's one thing I know The blues they send to meet me won't defeat me It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me Raindrops keep fallin' on my head But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red Cryin's not for me 'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin 'Because I'm free Nothin's worryin' me It won't be long till happiness steps up to greet me Raindrops keep fallin' on my head But that doesn't mean my eyes will soon be turnin' red Cryin's not for me 'Cause I'm never gonna stop the rain by complainin 'Because I'm free Nothin's worryin' me

You might think that if rain drops on you head you own the drops but this is not the case in Colorado, Utah and the state of Washington. These state have laws that says the rain that falls from the sky belong to the people who have bought water rights so the rest of you people keep your hands and heads away from our water.

In fact it is illegal to collect water in containers such as rain barrels or cisterns in these states.

Gosh, I never dreamed. How weird. What will happen next. We can't have snow ice cream because we don't own the snow?
