The impossible

Terry Jones has accomplished something which I thought was impossible. He has said he is going to burn the muslin quarn a book Muslims consider as Holy as Christians consider the Bible He has united Sarah Palin and president Obama in the opinion that he is taking the wrong path in his action.
The administration's denunciations had begun with Gen. David Petraeus, the top U.S. and NATO commander in Kabul, and been echoed throughout the top echelons of the government. Defense Secretary Robert Gates seconded Petraeus. Attorney General Eric Holder called it idiotic. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said it was disgraceful. Obama adviser David Axelrod went with un-American.
Former Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin Wednesday evening decried a Florida pastor's plan to lead a Quran burning over the weekend, likening it to the plans to build a Muslim community center near Ground Zero.
"Book burning is antithetical to American ideals," Palin wrote in a Facebook note. "People have a constitutional right to burn a Koran if they want to, but doing so is insensitive and an unnecessary provocation - much like building a mosque at Ground Zero."

I talked to my homeroom clas about this today. We only way we can have respect for ourselves and our religion is to respect others and their religions. Also, the more freedom we take away from others, the less we have for ourselves. We need to edify what is glorious not try to call attention to ourselves...this guy is edifying himself.

He has decided...according to CNN, not to do the book burnings after all. I wonder if the government paid off his enormous debt on his church building?
