Dick Cheney was in California and I would say by looking at this photo he is not long for this world. He went on stage with his wife and she ask him questions then he gave a short answers. I would say he used this forum because his thinking powers has slipped and he is not able to keep a train of thought long enough to give a speech.
I wonder in the dark of night if he lays in bed and looks back on his life and thinks about meeting his maker?
