one more day this year

When Emma gave me this rooster she said he didn't crow but I didn't believe her.He was mature enough to mate so I was sure he would crow but He didn't crow. This morning I was setting here at daybreak on the computer and low and behold he crowed 3 times.
It is supposed to be 60 degrees today but the wind is really blowing so I wonder about that.
Cackle hatchery has their new prices up and I have been looking and telling myself I am tooooo old to raise any more birds but I am looking!
