It was cooler on the porch this morning. A big spider was sitting out there on the window sill. I guess he likes my sitting place too.
I am making a blueberry pie and wish I could make that pretty design in the crust like Momma did. Even the edge of my pie does not look pretty like hers.
Can you give any hints on making a pie crust look good. I can now make them taste good, as I make up the dough the night before and then roll it out the next morning. The chilling I think is what helps the crust and now if I could just get it decorated with a leaf pattern or something. Mine looks like Siggie drew on it!
