The guinea hen hatched today. She had 10 babies and with the help of the neighbor we have them caught. I hate to do the poor hen that way but she couldn't raise them because of the dogs and Sammy said he could get 5 dollars apiece for them at the sale Saturday. I turned 14 guineas out last fall fully grown and there are only 3 left so guineas don't do well around the dogs.
