monday showers

I bought Fleta a gift  because she has such an uneventful life and I wanted to add a bit of spice to her daily life therefore last January .......
 I bought her 5 head of goats and if I could find this goat I would buy her another .
We had rain last night and since I would only wake enough to realize it was raining I don't know how much but my impression is we got enough for a change.
I bought a gallon of black berries from the neighbor's son last evening and I am going to town to get some bags and put them in the freezer.  I told him I would buy all he would bring me. When I was a kid and someone offered me a deal like that I would have been rich but I don't suppose I will get another gallon.
Sammy said a fellow had peaches for sale by the side of the road at the sale barn yesterday and I am going to see if he is there today and maybe I can put some peaches in the freezer also.
I need too go feed the chickens so that all folks.
