taters

 I dug 3 hills of potatoes this morning and found the heat or worms perhaps both had started them to rot. The chickens loved the bad one. 3 eggs in the hen house this morning I will be glad to see the last of these Rhode Island Red  hens. They are duds!

This is one of the welsummer pullets with a couple of bantams on the side.
The weather is cool again this morning.
Sylvia from over the hill reports that they had a man with bombs and guns out side her apartment complex . Thank God I live in the boondocks!
