Poor calves and fat hogs

Kelly made a date to have our pigs butchered.

The calves are terrible. I think if I had been there I would have told Kelly to leave them alone. I never saw such poor calves and I don't understand how a man could let them get in this shape . Kelly says the tags in the ears say they are 3 to 4 months old.  The grey one which Kelly said was in the best shape isn't  doing as well as the others. 2 heifers and two bulls and the bulls haven't been cut. I just can't understand how this happened. 

Kelly has plans for the heifers I am sure and will butcher the other two. I will get one if I live to see them old enough but I doubt if I live that long.
