apple butter

Sammy brought some apples in and ask me to make apple butter. I made 7 pints. He has gave 2 pints away and will probably give all of them away. Sammy likes to have  me do things then he goes to his friends and gives them away.
Janet used to do the same . I am sure she acted like she did the work. I don't know if Sammy does or not. The work I mean.
I just cooked the apples and sugar until thick and put in a package of red hots. Taste pretty good.
