This is a puzzel, I bought it in the second hand store for a quarter. I wanted the frame but after I looked it over I have not changed it, the painting is on rather crude paper and has been cut out not at all with any care. on the back it says, miss nobody, art baza, n. miami , flordia. custom picture framing. I first thought it was a child's drawing but after i saw how some one has spent money to frame it I wasn't sure. Anyone have any idea?
