How old do you feel inside? It seems to me that we all have a certain "inside age" that feels much more real than the chronological one. My grandmother once told me that she didn't know the little old lady who walked by her mirror every now and again. I notice that I look in mirrors much less as I age. I want to keep in touch with the internal "me" more than the one I see in the mirror.
As much as we wish to think otherwise, our isides age at a much faster rate than our outsides.
