Went out to feed the chickens and it was really nice weather ,the air was fresh and clean with the promise of
being a really great day.
I have many neighbors and we have noise pollution here , loud music, cars raising up and down the hill. Neighbors on the left getting drunk and fighting, The many neighborhood dogs fighting.
We do have children on all sides but the sound of children doesn't bother me. When they have squabbles and are near my house I go out and demand to know what is going on just so they wont do in major harm to the wee ones. When I open my door they scatter for home each going his own way.
This morning everyone was sleeping in either hung over from Saturday night drinking or resting up from a hard week at the chicken plant so me and my chickens and our dog had the world too ourselves for a hour.
It was a very nice start of a new day.

I bet those older folks would scramble for their houses to if you came out and said ...what is going on? I know I would not want to tangle with you!
You must have a lot of fairly young neighbors, if there is drinking and children and loud cars.
It is such a shame that you have so much noise around you.
We are so lucky here - it is peaceful and quiet.
Maybe the hot weather will keep them indoors
