The tomatoes are getting ripe. We are eating tomatoes ever day now. I have to tell you the heirloom tomato doesn't taste any different than the tomatoes I usual grow so either the advertisement was a fraud or my taste buds are changing, probably is my taste buds. One more thing to go.I knew a woman once who had no taste buds at all. She could only tell if food was hot or cold. I will say she never had a weight problem.

Gosh that tomato looks perfect.
That poor woman that didn't have any taste buds. I don't suppose that she would get a weight problem, as eating would be just a chore, rather than a pleasure. You could eat anything - even cardboard!
I am glad that I have tastebuds - not to be able to taste things would be such a great loss.
