Kelly says that the silkie chickens are ugly. They are not fully feathered out yet and they do look funny. He has hatched out some chick under a hen and took them and put them in my tub and moved the silkies out in a pen under his back porch.The silkies are 3 weeks old now.

It looks like Kelly has a healthy clutch. Is that the right word?
I think the silkies are precious --but then I've never seen any kind of chick I'd consider ugly.
