I went and caught the black hen that was in with the babies. she wouldn't let the babies that belonged to the gray hen which I removed last week eat or rest. Then I got into the other pen and caught the smaller chicks including 4 rooster that went to rooster heaven and moved them into the pen with the smaller chicks. Everyone is happy now. I had to take a bath after crawling around in the pen and now I am happy also.
Now I am back in business until I have another problem. This is a photo of the chicks in their new home.

Until I started reading your blog, I had no idea raising chickens was such hard work. Who knew there were so many things to worry about?
