I got in the small pen and moved the last of the pekin chicks to the big pen. I thought I had 4 left yesterday well I had 6, one white rooster and 5 BLACK pullets.
Son told me he would come up and make an opening into the other pen attached to the hen house that way I will have more yard space. i think i will catch the extra roosters and put them in the small pen for a while until I can see how these roosters are looking.
The other pen has Betty's pullets and a few small size bantams and when I get these sorted out I will be finished moving chickens until spring if I am still able in the spring I will start all over again.

I will try to come next week and get my pullets. I must catch my
game hens that I have left and take them to the garden to roam free until the red hawk...swopes down on them.
I think my little red hen ...is a hen. yea!
