This is one of my two Japanese bantams. The other is black , they have short legs and are wonderful mother hens. Each hen raised 14 chicks this summer. I would keep adding chicks from hen who maybe hatched one or two and the little Japanese bantams would take them.
I would recommended them to anyone who loves bantams an baby chicks.
