The best pullet I have now is this berchin pullet. She lays a egg every day. I took this picture at 7:30 and she was going on her nest.
I believe that she is the daughter of my buff hen and the white Perkin rooster.go figure how she is such a good layer and her mother was a dud. you might say how could I be sure she is the buff hens chick?
She is full blood Pekin because of her feathering and she is not out of my white Pekin hen because her chicks are all white.
