My 70 something neighbor loves cats. he feeds them every morning and stands guard over them to keep my dog loveing neighbor's dogs away from the food. I am in the middle with 24 chickens.

What a neighborhood! There's something for everything and everyone there.
Between cats and dogs with chickens...is not too good of spot!
But maybe the dogs will kill the cats and only the chicks will be left.
Are the dogs kept inside a fence or do they ryun around the neighborhod? If they run I'd sure be careful of my chickens. It must be a challenge.
