How many things look familiarly to you? Nurse was here and I had some healing in my wound. I am starting the 4th week and they thought it would be 8 weeks.
My grandfather owned a general store in Bauxite, AR, back at the beginning of time, and I loved going there. In fact, when I think about it, I can almost still smell it.
What a fun picture. I guess I am one of the older visitors to your blog. I remember the roll of brown paper which was at out butcher shop, the cans of Prince Albert tobacco, my folks used it, The kerosene lanterns, including the small brown ones without tops, graniteware like my grandma used, viceroy sign, Rinso, oh yes the laundry powder, Rinso White. I still remember the little song they sang about it on the radio. Calumet baking powder is still around, and Ivory soap. The white dippers are familiar. My aunt and uncle had one trimmed in red and grandma had a granite wear one for getting a drink of water from the bucket drawn from her well. I used to have a match holder, and the feed store still has a scale like the large one shown. Is that Bag Balm in the green can with the red circle. There that's about all I can see plainly enough to identify. "THOSE WERE THE DAYS"

Glad you are better, I am about dead.

Glad you're healing well.
A lot of things in this store looks familiar to me. I've been around a while.
The little boy being held by his dad is my grandson.
I see eggs in a basket. I recognize the scales.
