I had a scare this morning, I have an infection in my wound and at 8 o'clock it felt like it was dry so i pulled the bandage lose and peaked. I thought I saw proud flesh so I called my nurse and told her I though it had sealed over. She came and said it was fine but got on to me for peaking at the wound. She said don't do that again. I bet if it was her and she had a hole for 5 months in her belly she would be scared too.
Oh well I could tell her I have had experts chewed me out and lived thro' it.
I had my cloths packed because I though I was going to the hospital. Not today at least!
My chickens are enjoying the warm air. It is 66 degrees here at 10:52.i am glad I am still on the hill and not down under it yet.
I am feeling better than I did before the nurse came and I have 24 hours to recover from her scolding.

Sometimes it's necessary to chew out the patient and I've had patients chew me out too. I bet you gave it back to her tho!
Glad it is ok...I will be glad when it heals. i think you have had it more than 5 months...
Who could resist looking? It is your body and your life and you're the one who has to be satisfied.
I'm so glad you are doing okay and I know you're tired of having that wound still needing attention.
